Listen to the rapper from Canada’s most recent album here.
We’ve (largely) made it through the COVID-19 pandemic after a few years of upheaval. With his new record, Burna Bandz is currently primarily preparing us for the Bandemic.
Accordingly, the project was completed on Friday (December 30). 12 of the rapper’s titles are solo endeavours. He asks Casper TNG (“Frustrated”), TallupTwinz (“Ghetto Stories”), and Why G (“Killer Instinct”) for assistance with the other three.
Burna shared the featureless single “Feel Me” before the 15-track album was released; since its release, it has nearly amassed 150K Spotify streams.
Who is going with you when you’re going through it? Why order me to leave when you know you’re going to miss me? In the chorus of the song, he asks. If it doesn’t contain sixteen, I can’t carry anything. If a shot hits his chest, it hurts worse than whisky.
Along with “Corporate,” Bandz will release further new songs on his album under the titles “Art of War,” “Member Zone,” and “Heart on Ice.”
The rising star had an undoubtedly busy year. He previously collaborated with Yung Tory on hits including “Shade” and “Benefit.” Additionally, he collaborated on his Houligan Timing cassette with artists including Pressa, NorthSideBenji, and Drego.
The songs “Win” with J Neat and Why G, “A to B,” and finally “Like a Perc” with Houdini are the most well-known of the album.
Although it’s yet unclear what BB’s future contains, it seems likely that he will keep reaching new heights as 2023 approaches.
