Kanye West reportedly thinks it ridiculous that Meek Mill is a high-profile star who should be taken seriously, to which Meek responds, “Well, at least I still have my wits about me.”
The Philadelphia rapper responded to a Clubhouse discussion Ye took part in this past weekend, during which he named Meek as being a member of a gang of celebrities that Kanye believed were being gathered to control him despite his many media appearances.
Ye mentioned Meek, Diddy, Dave Chappelle, and then reportedly someone else’s plan to face Ye in a situation that seemed like an intervention, which caused KW to laugh out loud and uncontrollably for a few seconds.
What led someone to believe Meek Mill could address me, he continued. Another person on the CH attempted to defend Meek by claiming that he is a gangster, but Ye wasn’t buying it.
Welp, MM himself became aware of the slurs and responded with some fiery remarks of his own. On Sunday, he posted to Twitter, saying, “Never let celebrity or wealth drive me crazy. My people respect me, and my family is still here. I’m releasing prisoners… I’ve spent the entire month working closely with kids while performing community service.”
